How do I take care of my couch?
- Vacuum the upholstery weekly using a soft-brush attachment to lift dust and crumbs before they become embedded.
- Rotate and fluff loose cushions every 1–2 weeks so wear and fading occur evenly.
- Keep the sofa out of direct sunlight or use window film to prevent fabric color loss and fiber weakening.
Shipping & Returns
International Shipping
We are pleased to announce that international shipping is now officially available! Sofas are delivered vacuum-compressed; simply remove the plastic film upon receipt and they will regain their shape quickly. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in China within 3–5 business days.
About Return
Because the sofa expands to a very large volume once unpacked, it cannot be returned via international shipping. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for non-quality issues. If you have any concerns, please contact us for assistance. If the product has a quality problem, we will accept your return.
