Shipping rates and delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be delivered in one shipment or more at different timings based on the fulfillment location.

Returns & Refunds

We make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. However, we understand sometimes the items you receive may not be quite as you expected. Therefore, we allow you 30 days from the date of invoice within Saudi Arabia to change your mind on any of the products purchased from our website.

For the return to be accepted, the item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all the original boxes, instructions, guarantee cards, and all extras. Please note that earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective.

When we receive the item, our returns department confirms that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible, and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Most refunds are processed on the same day as received, but please allow us up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes that long but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.

How do I get a refund?

If you paid with a credit card, we will reimburse the amount to your bank account. Your card is refunded to the full price of the returned products and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees. 

If you paid with Paypal, we will reimburse the amount to your paypal.
